Smoking Up Eagle Mills

LS&I 2301 and 2501 work bentonite loads at Eagle Mills on May 1, 1980. This pair would soon both find themselves out of service with major mechanical problems and would languish in the dead line at Eagle Mills for a couple of years before returning to service in the bright red scheme in the mid 80’s. They were the only GE’s so painted.
